Most frequently questions and answers
STEP 1 – Once you sign up, you will be sent an online questionnaire which gives us an overview about you and your business. Once we’ve received this we will request your Deposit which will allow us to get started.
STEP 2 – We will then create a custom online questionnaire that has been designed to help you gather the content for your new website. We also present colour options to ensure you are happy with the look and feel before we start.
STEP 3 – Once we have finished the design we will send a live demo for you to review and feedback any suggestions or edits.
STEP 4 – Once you are happy with your new website, we will request the Live Payment and publish the website on your business domain.
There is a fee for monthly hosting which includes security, updates to plug-ins, email account storage and back ups should your website be compromised.
All our website projects are subject to a 12 month contract. Once the 12 months are up, if you want to move to another provider we can back up your website and send you the files.
We use WordPress so it’s easy for another company to take over should you wish to move and no hard feelings.
We include a free .co.uk domain name in all our packages although if you already have a domain name we can use that also. We’ll give you instructions on how to do that when it’s time to launch.
